Year 2011

In Japan, this year is a Rabbit year.

Felicidades. Lo mejor para el 2011.
En Japon, esta año es el año de conejo.

I made Osechi for the first time.  It’s a traditional Japanese cuisine for New year’s days.
Each dish has a special meaning. Usually we use eggs of fish, chicken, shrimp but I made them with only vegetables. Vegan version.

It’s kind of fun to put them into a box.


I also made other dishes too, I don’t have their photos though…. 🙂
